Finn was nothing but professional in all aspects of sales, installation and customer service. Quoted on Friday, installed on Tuesday. I was especially grateful when he didn't try to upsell me. I had been specified much larger units for my living area by others just looking at the room.

Finn moved & reinstalled our heat pump at our place in Russell. He was professional at all times & extremely efficient. Very good communication, keeping us in the picture & to what he was doing, turned up when he said he would & completed the job with no mucking around.
